Norway – Tractors – Dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of tractors for Oslo municipality

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development, department for procurement services (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest in connection with a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase of tractors to Oslo municipality's entities. The purchasing system has previously been announced on Doffin/TED and is being re-announced to continue the scheme in Oslo municipality's new KGV.
