Longford and Westmeath Education and Training Board proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for The provision of a Server Support and Maintenance Agreement for LWETB. The successful tenderer will provide LWETB with a proactive Service Delivery and Management Solution that will simplify administration and support collaboration while reducing operational costs. In scope • Support and maintenance of the core admin servers. (full details in Appendix 2 schedule 1) • Setup and maintenance of a server disaster recovery system (DR), (full details in Appendix 2 Schedule 3) • Managing security risks on LWETB admin servers (advising on best practice to adhere to) • Provision of quarterly server health check reports. • Drawdown of Engineer services for specific projects.
