Norway – Nursing home construction work – Partnering contract - expansion of Fredlundskogen nursing home in Vefsn municipality.

Vefsn kommune hereby invites tenderers to a collaboration contract for the project expansion of Fredlundskogen nursing home. The project will be carried out after a described collaboration model in two phases, phase 1 planning and engineering design and phase 2 option for detailed engineering design services and construction. The project includes engineering design services, adaptations to the existing Fredlundskogen nursing home and the construction of an expansion of Fredlundskogen nursing home. The entire project shall be developed in cooperation with users, builder, contractor, architect and consultants.
