Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Prior Information Notice (PIN) with regard to establishment of a Panel for Architect-Led Services

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being used to notify the market that Dublin City Council will be publishing a contract notice to establish a Panel for the provision of Architect-Led Services for projects of less than €1 million (ex. VAT) in value. Services for projects procured from this Panel will be limited to the EU threshold (currently €221,000 ex VAT). Previous Panels were advertised and established on the old etenders platform. Please note that there is no deadline for applications for admittance to the panel. However, it is anticipated that the panel will be operational from December 2025. Panel members will be required to provide architectural design and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) or a subset thereof. Please note that this is not a call for competition and no tender documents are available at this stage. Also the process will not be utilised in order to preclude participation in any future competition to be conducted by Dublin City Council. It is envisaged that this Panel will be advertised in November 2025.
