Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) c/o Øvre Eiker kommune is holding on behalf of municipalities in buskerud and Telemark competitions for framework agreements and administering the framework agreements on behalf of the participants. A competition shall now be held for a framework agreement for the disposal of artificial grass fields. We would, thus, like feedback from relevant tenderers before the competition is announced through this RFI.
