Norway – Financial and insurance services – Market dialogue - insurance advice and insurance brokering.

Abakus AS invites tenderers, on behalf of their owner municipalities, to a market dialogue before a planned procurement of insurance brokering and insurance consultancy services. Some municipalities currently have separate contracts for personal and property damage, whilst others use insurance brokers. Municipalities that currently handle the insurances directly are now assessing alternative solutions, including the use of a broker, and would like to learn more about how different models function in practice and what services the market offers. The dialogue shall give the municipalities better insight into the market and input from the tenderers before the competition is published, so that the procurement is designed in an appropriate and accurate manner.
