Cyprus – Architectural, engineering and planning services – PREPARATION OF AN INTERIM WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR PAPHOS DISTRICT AND A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK

The scope of the Contract is (a) the preparation of an Interim Waste Management Plan for Paphos District in accordance with the Municipal Waste Management Plan 2022-2028 (b) a strategic assessment of available alternatives and options for the development of an integrated network of Municipal Solid Waste Management Infrastructure Network for the treatment of mixed, separately collected and residual waste and the development of a Pre-Feasibility Study for the period 2029-2035 (c) an appraisal of the feasibility of the selected project alternatives and the preparation of a Feasibility Study on Municipal Solid Waste Management Infrastructure Network for the period 2029-2035, including a Cost Benefit Analysis and a PPP Value for Money Assessment (d) the preparation of a Proposal to the Council of Ministers to obtain approval of the proposed project alternative (e) the preparation of minimum Requirements and Tender Guidelines for future municipal solid waste management infrastructure plants.
