The course shall give participants practical and theoretical competence that qualifies for jobs in the catering industry. Participants shall also gain competence in the labour market and job searching. The main aim is that the participants get relevant work during or in connection with the course. The course shall also be able to prepare and motivate participants to take advantage of opportunities that could result in them achieving formal qualifications relevant for professions in the catering industry.
