Norway – Cesspool or septic tank emptying services – Framework agreement for the collection, transportation and treatment of sludge.

MNA shall undertake a procurement with the intention of entering into a framework agreement for: • Collection, dewatering, treatment and disposal of sludge from private and public interceptors for sludge septic sludge in all 12 owner municipalities. • Collection, dewatering, treatment and disposal of sludge from municipal treatment plants. • Transport to a certified treatment facility • Treatment and disposal of sludge (from municipal treatment plants) • Emptying sludge tanks.
