Belgium, Germany – Overhead power lines – HTLS Conductor FA 2025-2033

The scope of this tender is the design, manufacturing, testing (FAT and type testing) and delivery without unloading of HTLS conductors including fittings. Additionally, supervision of the operations for the installation of the conductor and the provision of training related to the installation of the conductor is included in the scope of supply. The tender is for delivery in Belgium (Elia asset) and/or Germany (50Hertz) for a period of 5 (+1+1+1) years. Lot 1: Z-shaped (or other formed) external wire HTLS conductors with a diameter of 18-37mm (PMC/Invar/ACSS) Forecasted quantity: 2250 km + 100% buffer quantity Lot 2: Round shaped external wire HTLS conductors with diameter of 21-27 mm (Invar/ACSS) Forecasted quantity: 7080 km + 100% buffer quantity “Pursuant to Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2560, economic operators participating in the Tender within the meaning of Articles 2(1) and 29(5) of the Regulation must submit a notification to the Employer listing all foreign financial contributions within the meaning of Articles 3, 28(1) and 28(2) of the aforementioned Regulation or, as the case may be, submit a declaration if the notifying parties did not receive any notifiable foreign financial contributions.
