Tender Description
The Contracting Authority proposes to establish Single provider Framework Agreement for the Provision of Portable Fire Equipment Services to Bus Éireann for the Inspection and Testing of Fire Extinguishers at Bus Éireann facilities and on-board Bus Éireann’s vehicles for a five (5) year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract(s) for a further period of Twelve (12) or Twenty-four (24) months. The Framework Agreement will be divided into five (5) Lots which are, Lot 1: South/Southeast. Lot 2: Southwest. Lot 3: East/Northeast. Lot 4: West. Lot 5: Northwest. - Bus Éireann (BÉ) requires the fire extinguisher maintenance contract to cover: Annual certification, testing and maintenance of portable fire appliances at BÉ facilities. The contract will entail the servicing of equipment in various locations nationwide to ensure full compliance at all times. - Both the certification, testing and maintenance of vehicle portable fire appliances. The contract will entail the re-fill / replacement and certification of coach/bus fire extinguishers.
