Notification of cancellation of the competition - Studies with support for Nav Troms and Finnmark 25/50777.The contracting authority apologises to announce that we unfortunately have to cancel the competition due to an error in the tender documentation which cannot be helped other than by cancellation. The reason the competition is cancelled is that the contracting authority has not included a central section in the tender documentation part III (the requirement specifications). The section contains significant information to the tenderer connected to market work and active relationship building with employers. One of the sub-criteria for the award criteria Quality is "Strategy for market work", cf. the tender documentation part I point 4.1. Strategy for market work is weighted 30% of the award criterion Quality, which in turn weighted 70% of the tenderer ́s tender. As the tenderers will be assessed on their strategy for market work, the contracting authority believes that the tender can affect the competition. The error cannot be corrected in any other way than by cancellation of the entire competition. Further process the competition will be republished as soon as possible, with updated tender documentation, as well as updated dates for submission deadline and award.
