Iceland – Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; lighting – Negotiated procedure without prior call for competition

Based on article 50 of the directive, section (c) and (e). (Article 53 section (c) and (e) in the Icelandic utilities regulation) Current system is Andritz Hydro and this is only to exchange one OEM sparepart for another within the same product line. Current version is not supported and has to be updated with the newest parts. Cost will be minimised in regards to installation, testing and commissioning. Training is minimal since this is a replacement with a similar product. The product fits within current electrical cabinets and therefore is no need for redesigning, rewireing or reprogramming.
