Skien municipality shall engage a consultant for the preparation of a detailed project for streets, urban areas and bicycle systems in Kverndalen in Skien. The Kverndalen 2 project is financed by The Grenland City Package, and shall contribute to achieving joint approved targets for the urban area, which includes, among other things, the state's zero growth targets. The project involves the development of the area from Hesselbergs gate to Schweigaards gate with adjacent side streets.
