Slovakia – Construction work – PSPP RUŽÍN TG2 Modernization

The subject matter is the implementation of the modernization of the mechanical part of the TG2 at pumped storage hydropower plant Ružín (hereinafter also referred to as “PSPP”) , which consists of the following activities: - Design and implementation of a new hydraulic profile for the flow-through parts of the turbine to achieve the required parameters. - Manufacturing of new turbine components according to the Employer´s Requirement related to improving its performance. - Design and implementation of a new hydraulic control system for the regulating ring - Refurbishment of all turbine components that were not subject of modernization This subject matter ensures a comprehensive modernization of the turbine, including performance and functionality improvements, as well as the repair of existing components.
