Norway – Pest-control services – Framework agreement pest control 2025-27 (2029)

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a new framework agreement to cover Boligbygg ́s need for pest control in our properties. The assignments under this framework agreement will mainly consist of the following activities: Control of bed animals. - Block inspections to uncover pest problems, approx. 1,000 flats per annum. - Preventive measures against pests, such as protection from rats, mice and birds. - Ad hoc services, where the tenderer, upon request from the contracting authority, moves out to the contracting authority ́s property to deal with acute pest problems. - In addition tenderers shall, based on finds at the contracting authority ́s property, propose measures for an effective and planned reduction of pest problems.
