Norway – Real estate services with own property – Framework agreement rental broker services

Nye Veier AS needs to enter into a new framework agreement for rental broker services. The objective of the contracts is to cover the geographical area where Nye Veier needs rental broker services. Nye Veier has residences and other properties in a future corridor for a new road or track, or in another way come into direct or indirect conflict with their installations. It is these properties shall be rented out temporarily in the period from when the land acquisition is carried out until the properties are to be demolished or sold at a later date. Nye Veier, thus, needs rental broker services in the geographical area for its properties. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts in accordance with geographical areas: Sub-contract 1: Østlandet and Innlandet Sub-contract 2: South-West Sub-contract 3: Trøndelag NB! Joint documents for all of the sub-contracts are in Sub-Contract 1. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer for each of the sub-contracts. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, two or three of the sub-contracts. The contract is initiated by 8 February 2026. See Annex 1 for further details on the assignment and the delivery requirements.
