Iceland – Sound insulation – Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice – supply and installation of acoustic ceiling panels (FAS office refurbishment)

This notice concerns the supply of EchoJazz acoustic ceiling panels (EchoBaffel 24 mm Plain L and Plain M) for the refurbishment of the Finance and Risk Management Division offices at Borgartún 12–14, Reykjavík (contract 16106). The panels provide high sound absorption and are supplied in colours 155 and 592 as specified in the quotation from Parki ehf. dated 14 October 2025. The contract is directly awarded to Parki ehf., the supplier of the original acoustic elements, to ensure visual and acoustic consistency throughout the office areas.
