Iceland – Floor coverings – Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice – additional flooring works related to contract 16106 (Refurbishment of FAS offices at Borgartún 12–14

This notice concerns additional flooring works connected to the refurbishment of the Finance and Risk Management Division offices at Borgartún 12–14 (tender 16106). Under part 1 of the original procurement, Gólfefnaval ehf supplied and installed carpet tiles, vinyl mats, aluminium edging strips, and related materials according to the technical specifications. Following completion of the works, additional floor areas not included in the original scope require identical materials and installation to ensure uniform appearance, acoustic performance, and technical compatibility.
