Sarpsborg municipality shall now set out receivable services, which the municipality itself has carried out in the past. The objective of the procurement is to incur the contracting authority ́s outstanding requirements. The recovery shall be carried out in a professional and professionally good manner and in accordance with laws and rules and good debt collection practice. It is a prerequisite that the debtor and the contracting authority have a quick and efficient receivable, preferably pre-lawful, and with the least possible costs for the debtor and contracting authority.
