The Contracting Authority's objective is to enter into an Agreement for the supply of an Ultra High Vacuum Scanning Probe Microscope. The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with one Tenderer for the performance of the Assignment as defined and specified in the Tender Documents. The Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer with the most economically advantageous Tender. The most economically advantageous Tender will be determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. Subscription to part or parts of the Assignment is not possible. 1 Ultra high vaccuum scanning probe microscope The indicative value of the Assignment is €495.000,- excluding VAT. With this estimation, the Contracting Authority is trying to give the most accurate picture possible of the scope of the Contract. No rights can be derived from the estimation. The maximum price for the Assignment is €530.000,- excluding VAT.
