Ireland – Building and facilities management services – Pre Market Consultation for Hard Facility Management Services and Works for the Irish Prison Services Estate

IPS invites interested parties to respond to this Pre-Market Consultation process for a proposed new procurement for Hard Facility Management Services and Works for the Irish Prison Services Estate. It is envisaged that the main scope of the Services may include the non-exhaustive list below - Planned Preventative Maintenance of Hard Facilities management services including building mechanical, electrical, security, fabric, and machinery and equipment assets. Reactive Maintenance of same. Call out service. Elements of Specialist FM services for certain sites, for example terminal cleaning; Supplementary trade and administrative resources. Small projects related to the refurbishment, adaption, redecoration and replacement of elements of IPS site buildings and infrastructure. Contract management. for example, the provision of a Helpdesk service, management of direct IPS subcontractors, input into IPS’s Asset Management System, provision of a CAFM system. Project Management, Cost Management, Health and Safety, back-office support and overheads, etc. The full scope of FM services must be managed by the appointed Contractor on behalf of the IPS.
