Ireland – Construction work – Proposed Extension and Alterations to Cloon Keen Unit 4, Eastat Bhaile an tSagairt An Spideal

The project consists of the provision of a new main entrance extension comprising of a new main entrance area, lobby and access staircase to first floor, etc., demolition and alterations within existing building to suit new layout, new fire escape staircase to the rear of the building, alterations to existing external areas, car parking, etc., together with all associated Siteworks and Services. This project will be carried out in two phases to allow the tenant continue their operations in one section of the building, all as detailed on Architect phasing drawings L(SHW)01, 02, 03, 04.
