The system needs to support and offer solutions in the following processes and solution areas: • Provides the possibility of an all-in-one automated search for multiple websites, intranet and web-based databases. • Provides a simple user interface for the management and coordination of personalised results. • Provides Icelandic language support for the automated search. • Provides customer support with detailed knowledge of the Icelandic language.
