Spain – Industrial kitchen equipment – Professional kitchen and cafeteria equipment for the new Joint Research Centre building in Seville

The aim of this contract is to procure a professional kitchen and cafeteria equipment for the New Joint Research Centre building in Seville (currently under construction). The contract includes: • Kitchen core, equipment for professional cooking, preparation, washing, and storage areas, including cold rooms. • Dining room zone, food rethermalisation and buffet equipment, • Refreshment points, on each floor (optional scope): small kitchenettes and meeting-room refreshment points equipment. The contractor will develop detailed appliance layout drawings for coordination with the construction and interior design teams, and ensure integration with all furniture elements designed by the interior design contractor. During the installation and commissioning phase coordination with other ongoing works on site (construction and interior fit-out) will be essential to ensure proper integration and smooth execution. The contractor will also provide warranty and maintenance services during two years after taking over.
