Norway – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Construction work

Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) shall enter into a framework agreement for construction work at the police ́s owned and leased premises. The contract(s) shall be able to cover all types of needs that the police have for construction work. The framework agreement shall be able to be used for emergency and planned operation and maintenance work, rehabilitation projects, alterations etc. The framework agreement shall ensure the necessary maintenance of buildings in owned and leased buildings. The framework agreement applies for the execution of trade services with the accompanying services: planning, implementing, quality assure and documenting the execution of internal and external structural work at the properties. The following services shall be covered by the framework agreement: • Joinery, carpentry • Painting and wallpapering work • Floor laying • Walls, plastering and tiling work • Glass work All trades shall be offered either in their own organisation, or via cooperation with other tenderers. The procurement is divided into 22 sub-contracts. The division is prepared based on the police ́s needs, wants and locations, and can therefore be entire police districts or only parts of the police district.
