Norway – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Framework agreement locks, fittings, door automation and access control.

The contracting authority would like to establish a framework agreement for door automation, locks and fittings, access control and burglar alarm installations in municipal buildings and houses. This includes both service, repairs and maintenance, as well as new installations in the existing buildings The contracting authority shall cover the contracting authority ́s needs and ensure that the contracting authority ́s (owned and leased) properties can be locked/secured in a proper manner. The contract includes delivery, installation, repairs and general operation and maintenance of all types of locks, fittings and door closers/door automation, as well as producing and delivering keys etc. Access control can also include integrated burglar alarms during the framework agreement period, the tenderer shall also service the existing access control system.
