Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Readers and consumables for analysing hemoglobin for delivery to the health authorities in Helse Vest.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into regional framework agreements for readers and consumables for the local health authorities in Helse Vest. The contracts will include both readers for hemoglobin full blood with and without online connection, hemoglobin in plasma, as well as the accompanying equipment dependant consumables. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Readers for hemoglobin in full blood with online connectionDelkontrakt 2: Readers for hemoglobin in whole blood without online connectionDelkontrakt 3: Readers for hemoglobin in plasmaIt is mainly Helse Bergen who has planned call-offs for hemoglobin readers in full blood with on-line connection. We refer to the minimum requirements M1-1 for further information on requirements regarding connection and middleware system. The estimated scope of the framework agreements for readers, given a total contract period of 4 years (2 + 1 + 1 year) :D el contract 1: 40 pcs. Sub-contract 2: 56 units. Sub-contract 3: 24 units. There is great uncertainty connected to call-offs on the framework agreements. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. It is assumed that the framework agreements shall be valid for up to a 50% increase in the estimated volume. See Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications and Annex 1 - Price Form for further details.
