Norway – Pharmaceutical products – Framework agreement for medicines and multi-dose.

The procurement shall ensure the municipalities a comprehensive system for the delivery and management of medicines and multi-dose to institution residents and patients living at home. The agreement includes: Delivery of medicines and multi-dose with fixed routines and options for urgent and emergency deliveries. • Digital ordering system with training and integration with the municipalities ́ trade systems. • Contract management, reporting and stand-by for a lack of medicines. • Return and destruction of medicines in accordance with the current regulations. • Options for pharmaceutical revision and advice. The system shall contribute to patient safety, traceability and effective handling of medicines.
