Belgium – Security, fire-fighting, police and defence equipment – Framework Contract (5 lots) for the supply of medical facilities, vehicles and individual equipment for partner armed forces supported by the European Peace Facility

The European Peace Facility (the ‘EPF), set up by Decision of the Council of the European Union (CFSP) 2021/509, represented by the European Commission, Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, in its capacity as administrator for assistance measures, is planning to award framework contract(s) resulting from the present procurement procedure in order to procure non-lethal equipment for partner armed forces supported by the EPF. The procurement is divided in 5 lots: Military Medical Treatment Facilities (lot 1); Vehicles (lot 2) ; Combat Dress, Gear and Accessories (lot 3), Personal Protective Equipment (lot 4); Night Vision Devices (lot 5). Procurement under these contracts shall include delivery at the beneficiary partner armed forces’ location and may include training and installation services. The overall procurement shall be financed by the EPF, as regulated by Council Decision (CFSP)2021/509 and the EPF Implementing Rules (doc. ST 15767/22).
