Norway – Recruitment services – Procurement of recruitment services

The aim of the procurement is to take care of the Contracting Authority ́s continuing need for support in recruitment processes where there is not sufficient capacity, knowledge or where the Contracting Authority is not able to carry out a recruitment course by itself. The contracting authority needs support in recruitment of management positions, IT positions and specialist specialists and the procurement will include the delivery of different phases and assistance within these three sub-contracts. The Contracting Authority shall enter into this agreement on behalf of the following entities: - Forsvaret- Forsvarsmateriell (FMA) - Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) - Forsvarsbygg (FB) - Statens graded plattformtjeneste (SGP) - Forsvarshistorisk museum (FHM) - Forsvarsdepartementet (FD) (option on agreement) National Security Authority (NSM) that is under the Ministry of Justice and Emergency Services is also a user of the Framework agreement.
