This is a Request for Information (RFI). Innlandet county would like input and information from the market on digital interaction system for the dental health service. Responses are requested by 17.11.2025 - Download the RFI document, fill in and send replies via the communication module in Mercell MSS. Innlandet county plans to procure a digital interaction system that shall ensure efficient and secure communication between the Public Dental Health Service (DOT) and municipal health and care services. The system shall contribute to improved quality in dental health services for elderly patients through integration with electronic patient journal systems (EPJ), service based message exchange and mobile adapted tools for nursing personnel.
