"CPython" and the "Python Package Index" (PyPI) are two central components of the Python programming language tool ecosystem, which is used worldwide and across all industries. As part of several milestones, this project aims in particular to systematically and specifically improve the technical detection and defence against security vulnerabilities in both components in order to increase the overall security, reliability and user-friendliness of these components in the public interest.
