Poland – Research and experimental development services – Open Market Consultation (OMC) for a future PreCommercial Procurement (PCP) for the R&D (research & development) services on ICT tools for energy monitoring and management

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) announces an OMC and provides early information in preparation for a future PCP carried out by NCBR for the development of ICT tools for energy monitoring and management contributing towards the “Green Transition and Digital Transformation” of cities in Poland in order to achieve the national and local policy goals of Poland regarding energy transition. NCBR aims to challenge the market to provide feedback on the envisioned innovative ICT tools, to be developed beyond the stateoftheart and applied to the reality of Polish cities. A Request for Information (RfI) questionnaire will provide NCBR with feedback from the market about its main challenge. Suppliers are invited to answer all the questions of the survey (one survey per company). SMEs and startups are encouraged to participate. The OMC is also open to endusers and cities interested in ICT tools for energy transition.
