Ireland – Construction work – Works Contractor and as PSCS, HSE DML, HSE Pathfinder Decarbonisation Programme, Decarbonisation and Energy Upgrade of Regional Hospital Mullingar

The project involves service and fabric upgrades to the main hospital buildings at Regional Hospital, Mullingar, a new Energy Centre and associated infrastructure site works. Works will be carried out within a live hospital environment which must remain operational throughout. Works include replacement of existing flat roof finishes. Installation of roof level Photovoltaic arrays over new and existing roof finishes. Installation of edge protection systems. Installation of large plant and replacement of existing plant. Works within existing plantrooms and hospital building including installation of new cabling and electrical boards. Construction of a new energy centre including new heat pumps, ESB substation, tranformer rooms and client switch room, with associated plant and equipment install and connection to new ESB incoming mains. Site works including installation of a new MV ring main including civil engineering/trench works.
