Stavanger municipality needs to procure a framework agreement for area security. Stavanger municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. It is the framework agreement that regulates the overall obligations between the parties. The tender contest has been published twice, but it has been cancelled due to uncertainties in the tender documentation.
