Norway – Legal services – Procurement of legal assistance for labour law.

The Directorate of Fisheries would like to enter into a framework agreement for legal assistance with labour law. The framework agreement for legal assistance with labour law shall be used if there is a need for legal assistance within the legal area of work law and natural adjoining legal areas. This will be relevant for difficult questions that require legal expertise, or if the Directorate of Fisheries has capacity challenges. Need for legal assistance can, for example, occur in connection with demanding personnel cases and legal disputes or appeals. In such cases, the Directorate of Fisheries needs assistance in the form of consultancy, case preparation, quality assurance, courses/training of the Directorate of Fisheries ́s internal resource persons, etc. The Directorate of Fisheries would like a team of three persons who can assist with legal competence within labour law.
