Norway – Electric coffee makers – Hot drink vending machines and drinking water coolers - request for information (RFI)

The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery and possibly hire of hot drink vending machines and drinking water coolers with the accompanying consumables. The agreement shall ensure access to user friendly, reliable and cost efficient systems for hot drinks and cold drinking water in our premises. The procurement shall contribute to: Long lifetime and high quality of equipment, with a low need for maintenance and high uptime. Favourable solutions for both vending machines and beverages, including possibilities for both purchase and hire. Good service and support, with a quick response time and available technical assistance as needed. Good training routines for the delivery and commissioning of machines. Environmentally friendly transport and operation, including energy efficient machines and sustainable deliveries. User friendliness and accessibility, with focus on simple cleaning, service and good ergonomics. A broad assortment in the choice of both automatic hot drink vending machines, cold drink vending machines and consumables. Must be deliverable, both as bench models and with chassis. Emphasis will be put on the tenderer offering flexible systems suitable for different needs and locations and that there is documentation on quality, environmental considerations and cost efficiency.
