Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Framework agreement for consultancy services - knowledge based decision basis and socio-economic analyses.

The objective of the agreement is to ensure high quality of the decision basis and that fulfils the requirements for reports in the government sector. The contract includes assistance within the following areas: • Reports that fulfil the review instructions ́ requirements • Socio-economic analysis • Contribution to the design of the profit realisation plan. • Process and/or project management of development and review work.
