Ireland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Provision of Architect led design team on Ballaghaderreen Community Hub Training Centre

The scope of services sought requires an Architect led design team to provide detailed consultancy services to complete the construction of the Ballaghaderreen Community Hub and Training Centre. The Initial Project was for the development of a service filling station. This development was left unfinished and the objective now is to complete the existing building/structure, site and services in Ballaghaderreen into a Community Hub and Training Centre. This project is to transform this derelict site into a modern state of the art training facility and community space for Ballaghaderreen and surrounding area. The services required to be provided by the consultant will include all necessary investigation, planning, design, tender preparation, procurement, project management, PSDP consultancy services required to bring the project through the 5 stages of (i) Preliminary Design and Part 8 Planning; (ii) Detailed Design; (iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award; (iv) Construction; (v) Handover, Certification and Final Account. Ensure that the building's design supports its dual function as a community hub and training centre.
