Malta – Architectural and related services – WSC/T/071/2024 - SERVICES – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVSION OF ARCHITECTURAL, CIVIL ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO THE WATER SERVICES CORPORATION

The subject of this tender is a Framework Agreement to provide Architectural, Civil Engineering and Project Management Services by Job Orders to design and manage works but not limited to; i. Site clearance, demolition, excavation and civil works, ii. Reservoir Lining Works iii. Earthworks, iv. Roadworks, v. Internal and External Finishing Works vi. Removal, disposal and exportation of dangerous material at various properties owned by the Water Services Corporation which include but not limited to Reservoirs, Sewage Treatment Plants, Water and Sewage Pumping Stations, Storage Warehouses, Workshops, Offices, Reverse Osmosis Plants and Laboratories. The framework agreement is being divided into two lots: i. Lot 1 – Architectural, Civil Engineering and Project Management Services for projects (Works) not exceeding €500,000 excluding VAT. ii. Lot 2 – Architectural, Civil Engineering and Project Management Services for projects (Works) exceeding €500,000 excluding VAT.
