Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Development of a training programme for guiding foster care.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a knowledge based training programme for guiding foster care. This goes into the professional support service offer in Bufetat to the municipality, and shall be offered to employees of the government and municipal child welfare services tasked with following up and guiding foster care in different phases of a foster home course, including providing support in critical situations where there is a risk of fractures.
