In accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, Sarpsborg municipality (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a two year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year for the delivery of groceries, dairy products, bakery products, fresh meat and meat products, online-based groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables.
