Ireland – Roof-covering and roof-painting work – Roof Maintenance, Repair and Refurbishment Works Contract at South East Technological University Waterford ( SETU )

The Services to be provided under this Contract include a complete roof services maintenance, repair, refurbishment and management solution for roofs in all of the specified buildings. The Contractor shall provide all that is necessary for the delivery of the Services including personnel with appropriate skills, technical expertise and management expertise, appropriate tools, equipment, scaffolding, access to height, roof barriers, signage, vehicles (including MEWP's, hoists, etc…), consumables and all necessary head office infrastructure and management systems. The Contractor shall ensure the successful operation and optimum condition of all of SETU’s Building Roofs. The Contractor shall ensure these roofs are maintained at optimum performance levels and in full compliance with all statutory obligations
