Norway – Motion picture and video production services – Framework agreement: Film and video production services

Kristiansand municipality is a large organisation with many different disciplines that sometimes need competence within film production in order to communicate their messages to different target groups. The contracting authority has internal competence to carry out their own film assignments, and during the contract period will make some simple productions under their own auspices. It is, however, necessary to connect with a contract partner in order to produce films beyond this, and in cases where the film requires higher competence than that currently possessed by the Contracting Authority.
