France – Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) services for construction – AO9 P2 Narbonnaise Sud Herault Environmental Impact Assessment

Drafting, support, and preparation of the necessary documents for submitting a request for a single authorization associated to projects in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), including environmental impact study files, Natura 2000 impact assessments, and applications for derogation concerning protected species and its support during the examination and consultation phase, until its issuance for one to two offshore wind projects. The candidate must demonstrate their ability to address the identified themes and expertise required for the successful completion of the single authorization request. This capability can be justified either independently or in a consortium. The need for support from expert consulting firms on certain themes must be specified. Note: EDF power solutions is still awaiting the final specifications from the State; the contract may be slightly revised as a result.
