Norway – Assembly and erection of prefabricated structures – Contract Contract 1011 Rigging & operations - New Rikshospitalet

The contractor will be co-ordinated with other contracts during the construction period and will be organisational subject to the project organisation ́s area U2 Bygg. 1011 shall be in charge of some joint rigging and operational services for building J and building MNO. The services in contract 1011 shall be carried out as calculation works in accordance with the remuneration provisions in Annex F1. Annex C2 states, however, what services the contractor must be prepared to deliver, and drawings and descriptions shall form the basis for each performance of the individual services the builder orders during the contract period. As stated in the contract, the contract will come onto the west side (the area with Building J) in the transition 2025/2026 and take over some rigging and operational services that have already contracted the contracts have provided up to this point in time. 2921/2121 will mainly be responsible for these services until the contracts are taken over by the contracting authority. Then 1011 will take over some of these services and manage them up until the hand over.
