Norway – Tipper trucks – Contract award: Procurement of a four axled lorry with a light dumper box

Kristiansand municipality shall procure a 4 axled lorry with a light dumper box - the snow clearing rig, for use by the Engineering department, c/o the Production Department. Kristiansand municipality is concerned with green procurements and which environmental footprint our business leaves behind. The vehicles shall fulfil emissions levels in accordance with Euro 6 and shall be certified for use in the last generation of bio-diesel. Relevant renewable bio-fuel shall fulfil EN-15940 or newer. We are also concerned about any environmental impact other equipment on the vehicles leaves behind, such as noise and odours etc. The evaluation will emphasise climate/environmentally friendly systems.
