Norway – Hire of industrial vehicles with driver – Market dialogue/RFI for the hire of machines and equipment.

Trondheim municipality c/o Trondheim city operations (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority) is planning an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the hire of machines and equipment (site machines and lifts). The main user will be Trondheim Bydrift, but other entities in Trondheim municipality (TK) can also use the contract. The contracting authority ́s expected extent of a possible contract is NOK 3 million per annum, excluding VAT. The maximum amount on the contract is NOK 15 million excluding VAT including options. The amount is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Emphasis is put on the fact that this is not a competition notice and that the questions and answers are not binding. Tenderers are themselves to carry any costs connected to the response of the RFI.
