Luxembourg – Coaching services – Individual and Team Coaching Services

The objective of this call for tenders is to sign multiple framework agreements in cascade for the provision of: — individual coaching for the managers and potential managers on leadership and managerial skills, personal development skills, strategy and business management (lots 1, 2 and 4); — team coaching on effective team collaboration and performance, strategy definition and implementation, collective goals achievement and change management (lot 3). In this context, the EIB is seeking for qualified external providers in order to support the corporate coaching programme through suitable coaching approaches and methodologies.
